About me

I am an amateur photographer living in the south east of England.
Although I had a Kodak 127 Brownie camera as a child, my photography interest really started when I was given an Olympus OM10 by my father-in-law sometime in the 1980s. This served me well as a holiday snapper until it went wrong twice & economically it was not worth repairing.
A Canon EOS 500N was my next camera and I slowly learnt a little more beyond just taking holiday shots for the family album.
I'm still learning although the digital age encouraged me to move on to a Canon EOS 300D.
A few people admired my photographs & I started mounting them into cards for sale at church fetes etc. It seemed a natural progression to build this site & offer them to a wider public!
